Taking inspiration from Detroit-Style Pan Pizza, Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza, and the Tavern-Style pizza found in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest, we’ve worked hard to create a delicious pizza that is both unique and familiar. Our 8x10-inch rectangular pizzas are covered with cheese right to the edges, creating a crispy crown with dollops of house-made pizza sauce. Flavorful toppings include cupping pepperoni, sausage made in house, caramelized onions, roasted Brussels sprouts, and four kinds of cheese.
